​Amélia  passed  to join the Pacheco Martins Advogados team in 2023, adding extensive experience in highly complex cases.

​

Graduated in 2008 from the Universityand Mackenzie Presbyterian, Amélia has worked exclusively with criminal law since 2005.

​

He worked at Zanoide de Moraes Advogados, Podval Advogados, Bottini e Tamasaukas Advogados, Viseu Advogados and Chammas Advogados before joining Pacheco Martins Advogados.

​

In her career, Amélia acquired extensive experience in investigations involving financial institutions and payment methods, corporate fraud, crimes against the financial system and competition crimes in the franchise market.
 

Seriousness, sense of justice and technical knowledge define Amélia’s professional trajectory.

IRegistered at OAB/SP and Associated with AASP, IBCCRIM and IDDD.

  • Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP);

  • Postgraduate in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie;

  • Postgraduate in Economic and European Criminal Law from the University  from Coimbra/Ibccrim;

  • Specialist in Economic Criminal Law and Money Laundering from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/SP.
